Return Policy

EarthMarc.com has a 30-day unconditional guarantee return on purchases in new unused original condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For returns, please call us at 1-914-920-9900 for returns. Once approved, we will provide you with an RA number and return address. This number helps us track the returned merchandise to ensure that your account is properly credited. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure to contact us prior to any returns and to receive a return authorization number.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the numbers issuance. Please make sure to clearly mark your return authorization number on the shipping label of your package. Please do not write your number directly on the box – only on the shipping label. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive back to our warehouse. We strongly encourage you to ship your package in a way that allows you to track your shipment and receive proof of delivery.

Upon receipt of your new and unused purchase back in our distribution center, it can take up to 3 business days to process and inspect the product(s) returned for proper credit to your account. Once EarthMarc.com initiates a credit to the merchant of record, it may then take an additional 5 business days for you to see the credit due posted to your merchant account. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping cost associated with the delivery and or return of item(s).

In the event that we sent you the wrong item(s), we will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment to your location and back to our warehouse.
